RTM Terms and Conditions – Rules Of Use

Payment Method:

Chase QuickPay® with Zelle® is RTM’s preferred method to receive payment. A Quick, Efficient, and Easy way to maintain a Current Account.

However Optional/Secondary Payment Methods RTM accepts are (In Numerical Order of Preference).

1. Electronic – EFT/ACH.

2. Check Payments – All Checks must be from a U.S Bank and payable in U.S. Currency to RTM. So then, check must be received by RTM by no later than 5 days after Due Date. To the contrary, a “Stop Work Order” will be in effect until payment is received by RTM.

3. Credit Card Payments – VISA, Master Card, American Express. Additional Bank Fees are applied to this payment method.

4. Bank Wire Transfers – Lastly, you pay ALL FEES! (We Don’t Pay To Be Paid) Additional Bank Fees of $50.00 National / $70.00 International.

  

Payment Terms:

It is advisable to regularly visit and review the RTM Terms & Conditions.

• All Clients – Net Fifteen (15) Days from Invoicing unless noted otherwise*. Invoices are sent the last day of the month.

• Established Clients – Are billed “End Of Month”.

• New Clients* – Are subject to “Pre-Payment In Full” prior to beginning production.

• International Clients* – Are subject to RTM’s “Alternate Payment Terms & Quotes”.

• Incidentally, a “15.0% Late Fee” is applied to all invoices not paid by the Due Date. In addition, RTM will cancel all Discounts on delinquent accounts.

• RTM does not offer Cash or Anticipation Discounts. So, Don’t Ask!!!

  

As a rule under RTM Terms & Conditions; Client failure to pay an Invoice within fifteen (15) days will experience one, or all the following.

• A mandated “STOP WORK ORDER” will be imposed on Client Account until payment is made to RTM’s satisfaction. Or RTM may optionally, cancel all scheduled productions or any part of un-produced order.

• In this case, Clients right of Production/Written Services use will be  suspended until RTM/Talent are completely compensated.

• Subsequently RTM will notify Media in “Market Of Use” of suspension. As a result Client is fully responsible for all expenses. Including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, etc. incurred by RTM/RTM Talent in the collection of delinquency/enforcement of its copyrights and remedies.

  

24 Hour Proofing Period”

Talent Errors are corrected at no charge to Client. Provided the Client informs RTM of errors within “24 Hour Proofing Period”, which begins from Time Stamp noted on the production “DELIVERED” e-mail.

• Please note, requests after the “24 Hour Proofing Period”, are billed as a new orders. Regardless of Talent Error.

• Be aware, after production begins, script changes requiring re-recording are be billed as a new production, no exceptions.

• Talent will correct and provide at no charge to Client, a re-recording of original script. Client may not take this as opportunity to edit original script and said script recorded, even though Talent must re-record for corrections.

  

You Agree

Placing orders, whether verbal/written for service provided by RTM, indicates your acceptance/agreement to RTM Terms and Conditions contained herein. The RTM Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Continued use of RTM‘s Web Site, indicates your acceptance/agreement to be bound by all fees, terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms & Conditions of Use“). RTM Terms & Conditions may change at any time without notice. And continued use of RTM’s Web Site indicates you agree with the revised terms. If you do not agree with these terms of this or any revision, please exit the site immediately.
