2012 Is a Giant Leap Forward by incorporating.

After a detailed look at the tax and liability benefits, we’ve decided to Incorporate, opposed to simply being a DBA. It’s a step up for us and although it is going to be somewhat of a burden, I believe it will all be worth the trouble.

I don’t look forward to weekly meetings and taking minutes.

But we can write off the meeting by holding it at a restaurant. Business Meeting, right? Unfortunately, only 50% of a meal is deductible, so I’m told. What the hell!
