Finalizing The NEW RTM Logo 2009

Finalizing The NEW RTM Logo 2009 - Previously Published RTM Blog Post regarding Hispanic Voice Over Talent, Localized Spanish Translations & Custom Latino Post-Production Services.

RTM Logo is now nearing completion!

After going through many ideas for the new RTM Logo, we've settled on this one.

Nice, huh? I believe so! It's still a bit rough but the concept is clear. It took me quite some time to finally decide on this logo, as I had a couple of other contenders to choose from. Either way, I believe this is the one! What are your thoughts?

Let me tell you how this RTM Logo came to be?

But first, a little background regarding the origin of this logo before I do. I've been collecting RCA Microphones for a while now and I've presently amassed a substantial amount of microphones. To date I have 197 microphones to be exact. A variety of models. Some common and many uncommon and exceedingly hard to find. In fact I have the 3rd largest collection of RCA Microphones in the country. That's not to say I have the most microphones. But it does mean I have the 3rd largest collection in terms of models and types, along with any variations of those models. In fact, I own 1 of only 5 known Model "TYPE I" RCA Carbon Microphones in existence. I'm most certain there is a crate somewhere with New Old Stock of this type of mic. just collecting dust through the decades. Presently, this microphone is 90 years old, and still functions as it did when it was introduced in 1919. Believe me, I have offers coming in daily from collector wanting to purchase this beauty. This concept was heavily influenced by the old RCA Logo.

And now, I'll tell you about the RTM Logo.

Clearly, you know by now that I am a fanatic of RCA Microphones. With that said, it didn't take much for me to somehow engage the RCA Logo into the design of the RTM Logo. Duh!!! It resembles, but does not infringe on the RCA Logo. I made some adjustments here and there, and although the dual circles and font are quite similar, they are for the most part different.

So there you have it!

The New RTM Logo. It's the rough draft of what is to be improved on. As a matter of fact, I will probably be sitting on this for a while until I have an idea as to where I want this to go visually. There you have it, until then, I'll keep you posted as I progress on this.
